Kristina Tsiriotakis
Kristina Tsiriotakis is the senior director of organizational development and learning for DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, where she oversees learning and organizational change across multiple countries, business units and brands, including the cult favorite The Ordinary.
In this role, she was the recipient of eight Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Awards in 2020 and 2021, including two gold, four silver and two bronze in categories including Learning Strategy, Business Impact, Trailblazing and Technology. She was also shortlisted for the Best Use of a Social or Collaborative Learning Technology at The Learning & Technology Awards, 2020 with Thrive Learning and was shortlisted for both Learning Leader of the Year and Learning Culture of the Year with the LPI’s 2021 Learning Awards.
Kristina has a vision to create holistic connections between learning, culture, engagement and employee growth. She is most passionate about social and emotional learning, human-centered skills development, mental health and personal wellness, and creating equitable and inclusive learning opportunities.
Kristina brings over 20 years of retail and consumer-facing experience, where she has fostered employee and business growth, led teams and delivered strategies to create a better workplace for all. She is passionate about communications, leading the design and implementation of DECEIM's first internal communications department and also spent five years as North American brand ambassador for L'OCCITANE, leading on-air communications at The Shopping Channel and QVC, as well as connecting with all press.
An active member of the L&D community, Kristina has been featured as a speaker at Learning & Technologies, 2020, The LPI's Learning Live, 2021 and twice in Michelle Ockers’ Learning Uncut podcast, where she was selected as both Best of 2020 podcast for her approach to making learning human, as well as Michelle's Celebrating 100 Episodes of Learning Uncut.
Kristina sits on the LinkedIn Learning Customer Advisory Board and Chief Learning Officer’s Advisory Board and is also a fellow at the Learning and Performance Institute. She plays an active role in supporting the enablement of DECIEM's Diversity Shadow Board and employee resource groups.
She is also passionate about supporting other members of the L&D community through coaching and mentoring and has had the honor of judging for both CLO's Learning in Practice Awards and the LPI's Learning Awards.
