Ruth Steyn

Ruth Steyn is vice president of program strategy at 2U/edX, where she plays a key role in new partner expansion with a focus on content and learning strategy. Her area of emphasis is alternative credentials, including open courses, executive education and boot camps. Ruth consults with partners to ensure new programs will deliver meaningful career outcomes that meet market needs and offer a scalable, high-quality learning experience. Ruth has over a decade of experience in learning design and academic consulting for online programs in partnership with higher education institutions – including Harvard University, Yale University and the University of Cambridge – as well as industry-leading companies. Prior to her current role, she led 2U's executive education learning design team.
